Issue on Documents with Renderable Text ABBY FlexiCapture not being able to OCR the document

Hi! Anyone here encountered the same problem? We processed several documents through ABBY Flexicapture 11 and we noticed that some documents were not OCR or only partly is OCRed. Please help.
