Custom action does not trigger script on first click

I have enable a custom action on text field and added script for the custom action. But it does not get triggered in the first time. Only second time it gets triggered

    Hello,

     

    This issue needs deeper investigation than forum format allows. Please address the issue to the regional support, send them the project, samples and scenario descriptions.
