I need to extract some specific Datas from a column , without getting the whole column and put those datas into other columns that I just created in FlexiCapture. Any suggestions?

If I correctly understand your issue, you may do it directly by the script rule http://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/distributed_administrator/scripting_rules_ex Of course, you may modify the received values by .net methods and transfer to the new column only desired part.
So could you please describe your scenario in more details or clarify whаt difficulties you were encountered?
