Task Completed Icon not visible

Hi,

On web verification station, green icon of "Task Completed" by which we send the documents to an export stage, is not visible.How to make it visible? Please see attached screenshot.

    Can you readd the screenshot?  The attachment in your message seems to be corrupt.
