Error during deployment of Abbyy FlexiCapture 11 distributed

Hi,

During deployment of Abbyy FlexiCapture 11 distributed versions ( server deployment ), i found below mention error please guide.

error 1722. There is a problem with this windows installer package.a program run as part of then setup did not finish as expected

Please make sure that you are installing the latest version of the FlexiCapture 11 program. If the problem still persists please contact your regional support.

Can we use Windows Server 2008 Enterprise for Abbyy Flexicapture 11 distributed ?

Hello,

According the FlexiCapture Administrator Help, Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 are supported by FlexiCapture (see the article “Installing and running the program > Software and hardware requirements” article). The installation is described in the FlexiCapture Administrator Guide in the “Preparing the Application Server for installation on Windows Server 2008 R2” chapter.
