Document capture through mobile

hi, 

we are new to ABBYY ,  and we hope to integrate abbyy application to our organization, i already e check the demo and mobile apps ,

my question is ...

we are required to capture documents by mobile , but the case is once we capture those (assume it has multiple pages) the export PDF not recognized the given standard templates , its appear as amend  

but the same document if we export as images it will recognize and also its recognized by scanners also

basically we are sending multiple pages for batch so that we cannot send it by images 

any idea about that ?

    Could you please give us more details?

    Which product  version are you using in backend?

    Are you using ABBYY FlexiCapture Mobile Client for taking pictures and sending images?

    the export PDF not recognized the given standard templates , its appear as amend  

    Please specify how are you sending PDFs?

    but the same document if we export as images it will recognize and also its recognized by scanners also

    Please explain how are you sending images and what do you mean by "its recognized by scanners"?

    It would be great if you explain step by step what are you doing and what problems are you facing.
