Advanced Workflow: Document flow problem

Hi,

I have Advanced workflow in FC11. After Verification stage I have 3 stages before Export Stage.

My problem is even if I deselect 'Wait for all docs of a batch' for all stages after Verification Stage still docs remains waiting on custom stage which is immediate next to the Verification Stage.

Can anybody help in this scenario?
