Is it possible to fire Custom Action Event via code in C# in on User Command Event

I am using FC 12 Distributed . I have custom button event which is added in Stage tools - Verification -On User Command event .

I already new button via edit skin

Is it possible to fire Custom Action Event which is exist in Document definition custom fields via code in C# in on User Command Event?
