I just started using flexiCapture distributed version 12 but it is very slow especially during matching and recognition.
Is there any tips or ideas on how to increase the speed. The software is installed on a high spec server.

Hello,
Overall there are 2 recommendations on how to increase the processing speed:
1. Use more processing stations. The load will be distributed between them.
2. Use better quality images (this decreases the amount of hypotheses for each symbol)
If the processing speed is still too slow, you need to contact the regional support.
