Hello,
Please correct me if I am wrong, you need to export documents from the FlexiCapture to a HTML format?
Unfortunately, there is no build-in way to do it.
You can always write a custom script doing this for you. Please see the example of custom export script in the article "Using scripts in ABBYY FlexiCapture > Scripts for customizing processing stages > Sample scripts > Sample scripts describing export > Exporting a document of any nesting level"
Or you can export it to another format and then convert to HTML with for example ABBYY Recognition Server or another third party software.
We will create a feature request to maybe implement such behavior in the future versions of FlexiCapture
