Update version of document : error 403 Soap Envelope...

Hello

After updating the document definition, we see on invoices the precision (ver. 16, xxx) which indicates that a new version is available.

We try to update this with the contextual menu in order to update to a more recent version.

But it fails and the logs details window indicates this error with a red flag :

Error (403) <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap=http://schemas.

What does it mean ? And of course, what can we do ?
