Is it possible to read attachment pdf from outlook msg format file directly from Abbyy software using Flexicapture 12 Distributed via Image Import Profile or any other means ?

Sorry, msg format is not supported by FC12: http://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/distributed_administrator/input_formats
