Hi,
When I export documents from test batches, files are exported.But same process is not happening when exported from working batches.Documents are in Export stage only.
Please help me , not able to trace what the problem is?

Could you please clarify did you receive any error messages in the processing logs or in the pop up windows?
Could you please clarify what FC product (and what FC version) do you use?
Could you please describe you workflow in more details?
Please collect and send us (or in the regional support) Windows Application & System Event Logs. Note that you should exported some files during this process.
