Import email task stay processing


I have FlexiCapture for Invoice 11 32bit and un setup an import profil MAPI

I have installed outlook 2010 32 bits on the server

my server mail is office365

when i enable the profil, the import task is created but stay processing et never be closed and never go to the next stage

so i un have a batch created from the email but its in exception status

Do you have any idea ?

    Is the issue still actual?
    If it is, please send a request to the corresponding ABBYY technical support office, as examination of the case is out of scope of this forum resource.
    Please provide the answers to the following questions to the technical support
    - Does the Processing Station that is responsible for the import from MAPI run under the user account to which the MAPI mailbox belongs?
    - Are you able to import anything from this import profile, or all tasks hang?
    - Please provide the Windows Event System/Application logs from the Processing Server and Processing Station machine as follows: 

    •    Reproduce the situation.
    •    Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer (or press Windows+R buttons, type eventvwr.exe and press OK)
    •    Go to Event Viewer window.
    •    Select Windows Logs.
    •    Right-click Application (or System) and select Save All Events as....
    •    Send the *.evt file to the technical support team
