cannot open file after export: ABBYY FC export empty fields to excel xlsx

Dear all， I am using fc9 and fc14 （two different versions）both shown error open exported excel with empty field values in excel2016 / 365 it was ok when I was using older version of excel. the error shows after my office upgraded nsoffice to msoffice2016/365. Can you share what configurations / upgrade teicks etc I can use? thanks in advance! Wayne

    Hello,

    Could you please confirm do you use the FlexiCapture 9? Note that this product is not supported.

    What does "fc14" mean? The last build of FlexiCapture is 12.0.3.2525.
