  Hi, 

  I am still newbie here..just started to explore ABBYY for the first time. When doing Match Document Definition I got an error which is: 

  Can not update batch item.batch item is not locked for session in method { call BatchItem_InsertVersion(?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?) }

  I am not sure why, because it just happen after I am publish document definition.

  Hi Kim,

   

  It could be that your document is within a batch which is locked by a task. In other words the batch is within the workflow and it only could be processed if you open its task (verification, data verification, ETC).

   

  I am having this error message but when I am training the classifier from the setup station. Anyone with the same error there?
