Unable to map SharePoint as a Abbyy Hot Folder

HI All,

 

We are mapping SharePoint as the network Drive ( say Z:\) and trying to use it as Abbyy hot folder. We are unable to access network drive after mapping it to SP, however, when we try to access unattended from processing station getting access denied error. Abbyy service is run by a Admin domain use which also has full permission to SharePoint. Let me know if any come across similar issues.

    Sorry that I’m late to reply.

    I would like to share the answer from our support team:

     

    Unfortunately, our product FC cannot import from SharePoint.
    We have passed the request as the feature to our R&D department.
