Missing Value tag in XML

I have just started testing the SDK on a sample form. I have processed a form with an output type of XML. The XML looks good but it is missing the value tag for the text element. You documentation shows the value tag.

Am I missing a parameter using: --out=xml

    At the very least you should specify the exact URI which you use to specify the parameters.
