OCR for Driving License

I am working on iPhone Application and i want to scan the Driving License and get it's entire information to fill the License form. Is it possible to get those fill. can anyone help me in iOS

    Well i need to scan the driver license of Australia. but if it is generalize means , i can scan any driver license that will me more good
