Missing chunk of text in XML response Answered

It seems as though the XML output for a particular document is missing a portion of the text.

The task id is 526f7f12-fb6e-4775-a112-ea8adde3dd7b

If you look at the photo, you'll see that the text "1 WARD 8" is missing from the XML output. (However, note that the text "9.00" on the same line is captured properly).

Let me know if this is indeed the case (hopefully we haven't missed it in our parsing somehow) and why it might have occurred.

    The issue occurs because of a bug in our technologies, it is already fixed, the fix will be available after Cloud OCR SDK technologies upgrade (May 2013). Thank you for the collaboration and patience!
