This functionality is in our development plan. Please vote the question to make it implemented earlier.
Right now you can check account balance at the service dashboard.

This functionality has been already implemented and now is in a beta testing stage. Until we release it, API will be available on the request, so if you want to try it, please email us on cloudocrsdk@abbyy.com.
