Application ID and password not yet received

Why didn't I get the email with the Application ID and the password although my application is already registered?

    Dear Hope_hope,

    We recommend the following:

    1. Check the spam folder - probably the letter with your Application ID and password is here.

    2. Enter cloud.ocrsdk.com. Here you will see your Application ID. Try to reset your password - the letter will be sent one more time.
