Firstly we recommend to try to open cloud.ocrsdk.com from browser. If it could be opened, probably the issue is in using proxy. Proxy settings should be specified in the code of the application.
Unfortunately, we have not got a ready sample on using proxy on iOS, the samples are available for .NET, Java, Android, Python, Bash and ASP.NET: https://github.com/abbyysdk/ocrsdk.com/search?p=1&q=proxy
