To let us investigate the issue kindly specify the following additional information:
1) What programming language do you use?
2) Do we understand correctly that the issue occurs with our standard sample from our Code Samples web page?
3) (!) Please send us the logs from any HTTP debugger (such as Fiddler, Wireshark or any of its analogue). The logs should include the headers, the request content and the response from the service.
