I have integrated the SDK, but not getting enough text recognition. Only Half of the text is recognised. is it because i am using a full screen camera??

Yes, it's better to set area of interest, because the size of the area of interest affects performance and the speed of convergence of the result. The best result is achieved when the area of interest does not touch the boundaries of the frame but has a margin of at least half the size of a typical printed character.
Using full screen camera you will get more noise on image and this will effect the results.
You also may need to check the coordinates. Most probably the area of interest is specified in the wrong coordinate system (rotated), so part of the text is clipped.
