I am using the processImage endpoint to OCR a photo taken with a Phone (IOS or Andriod)

The photo contain Typed Character and HandPrinted Characters. My issue is I am getting unreliable results. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. The code is running in an Azure Cloud app that calls your cloud SDK so the transmitt speed is real good. And another thing I send the same sample photo and getting different results.
Please advise as to what could be going on or any parameter changes that would be needed
