I have a PDF document which is mostly an image (I can't select the text).
On Monday the 27th of June I was successfully using you REST API to OCR the document and get back another PDF (the OCR'd characters were embedded and could now be selected from any PDF reader).
If I run the same code today I get back a PDF with no text (image only). I still have credit and nothig has changed on my side. Your API sends back a 200 OK

Kindly send the below information to CloudOCRSDK@abbyy.com to let us investigate the described issue:
1) your Application ID,
2) the source PDF file,
3) the used recognition settings.
Thank you for the provided information. I have reproduced the issue and at the moment I am consulting with our developers in order to determine what is the cause. Cloud OCR SDK was updated yesterday and this issue is actual for this new updated version. Please use as workaround the textExtraction profile. And I will let you know as soon as the issue will be fixed.
