Authorization Error

Dear all,

A set of users is getting this Authorization error when trying to use the scan via app on Iphone.

Did anyone face the same issue? What was the solution?

Kindly specify what the product is in question.

If you use Cloud OCK SDK, please make sure that you specify the correct authentication credentials in our iOS code sample and review iPhone OCR Quick Start Guide.
