Hello.
I am am using an android application , Which api connected to Abbyy cloud ocr sdk which uses to recognize some fields in checks (image) , it was working before and now im recieving this error ,
statusCode=API_UNAVAILABLE, resolution=null, message=null
though i have created new application id and recieved an password and updated them in my app.
how can i reactivate the user!!

It seems that your question is not directly related to ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK. According to the Internet, such error
could be returned by Google API. Please try to find a solution on the https://stackoverflow.com forum, where similar questions are discussed, for example:
Couldn't connect to Google API client
