Unable to deactivate OCR license

I'm unable to deactivate license in the server. When I try to do I get an error as below:

"Your serial number cannot be deactivated automatically. Number of deactivation is limited"

Please help me out what can be done to remove the expired license.

For all questions regarding licensing, please contact your regional ABBYY office or the sales manager who provided you the license directly.
