Why can't I save my text edited PDF in the program?

Could you please explain your scenario in more detail:

Are you using ABBYY FineReader Engine? Which version?

What exactly do you mean by "text edited PDF"? What is the input? Is output supposed to be a PDF file with recognized text?

Are you using one of the standard code samples?

Have you tried consulting the Developer's Help file (for FineReader Engine 11 it can be found at Start → Programs → ABBYY FineReader Engine 11 → Developer's Help)?
