ABBYY finereader engine is not licensed -- for trial version (FRE12)

Hi ,

We got trial version of FRE12 for 30 days. But we are not able to use the FRE12 in the machine. We are using Windows 12 server.

The software successfully installed in the server. License also activated but when we are trying to execute the sample java application it is throwing error "ABBYY finereader engine is not licensed". When we tried using through java code it is throwing "unspecified error".

Our license is going to expire in another 4 days, but we are not able to use even a single image due to that error.

Hi Ahamedali!

Please check that the correct Customer Project ID value is specified in the C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\SDK\12\FineReader Engine\Samples\Java\SamplesConfig.java file. For a Developer license this value can be seen in its properties as displayed in the License Manager.

If this does not help to resolve the issue, please send the following information to SDK_Support@abbyy.com for further investigation:

Serial number of the license that you are trying to use.
