Is it possible to recognize handwritten tick mark ( ✓ ) on a form and recognize texts (printed) next to tick mark like in this picture?    Person's name is marked by 1 tick  (✓ )  and account no is marked by 2 ticks (✓✓  ) . Need to extract data fields next to (✓)  and (✓✓ ) marks.
