detecting text that is not embedded in a photo

I see now there are different profiles. We will try the textExtraction one as it seems to fit our application. Is there a way to configure the API to only detect text that is not embedded in a photo (such as a picture of the box of a product).

    The text that is embedded in a photo should be detected with the documentArchiving and textExtraction profiles and should not be detected with the documentConversion profile. You can also hide the photos from the images you recognize on your side.
