Hi there, I'm evaluating the Beta receipt module of the Cloud OCR SDK and I'm seeing very poor results from the receipts I have processed so far. But when I process the same receipts using the processImage SDK the OCR text comes back with over 95% accuracy.
I'm experiencing the following issues with the receipt SDK in the result xml - 1) Receipt line item names are missing (this is the most important area of our evaluation) 2) Some line items are missing - 50 to 75% accuracy. 3) Subtotal, total and tax are incorrect on few receipts but mostly correct 4) Vendor name is not recognized in some cases
Can someone please tell me if #1 and #2 will be resolved soon?
I'm working with a evaluation rep but I was asked to post questions related to the receipt module on the forums.

I'm using usa in the country parameter.
Just to make sure it is not case-sensitive I processed another receipt with country=USA. I got back the same result as country=usa. Below are task id for both - - Country=USA , task id: 16b8f68d-fb55-4fc4-a51a-09c1d4e7e923 - Country=usa , task id: 13d001fa-3b7d-45af-8ab1-6bfb7a9dd49c
Hi Anastasia, I have processed over 50 receipts so far and the line item names are missing in all the results. I used "usa" as the country for all these requests. This is a straight-forward issue. The other issue is that in most of the receipts some line items are missing.
Can you ask your team to process couple of images I sent earlier and send me xml responses if it works fine for them? Let me know if you want me to open a support ticket for this.

So, we have been informed that all the issues should be fixed, but, unfortunately, not in the nearest time - at least in about half a year, with the next update.
