We are finding a large number of our results are taking in excess of 1 hour to process. We could do this by hand much faster, can you please look into this and resolve the issue? Its very frustrating and causing us significant delays.

Please try to use TextExtraction profile for the scenario of receipts prcoessing. This profile provides better results both in recognition quality and in speed of processing.
