Hello. I have the same problem using PHP example, сan you send me the solutions on email?
Please check your e-mail box.
I too am having the problem (accessing remote images using PHP). In my case the remote images reside on Dropbox and the code I use is based on your example code:
$post_array["my_file"] = $filePath; curl_setopt($curlHandle, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $post_array); $response = curl_exec($curlHandle);
where $filePath is the shared link url for the image on Dropbox. Could you email me the fix too?
I have sent you the instructions to your email box.
Hi,
I am also facing the same error.
Can you send me the relevant information/ solution to this issue?
Thanks
While the method is in a beta status and is not fully tested, we provide it only on demand. We have sent you the description of the method by e-mail, please check it.
Also getting this when using the processMrz method. If you could send instructions (and maybe share with the forum?) that would be great. Thanks a lot.
The processMRZ method can be used only for the images that are loaded from the computer directly. If you load your image correctly and you continue to get this error, please send us to CloudOCRSDK@abbyy.com:
your Application ID,
the problematic image sample,
the Fiddler log-file.
Thanks, I've sent an email now with the issues I've been having.
