Hi, I am building iOS app with OCR feature, it will scan Election Card, Driving licence and other documents, i tried with your sample code and found that its scanning but scanning quality is very poor, and my apps only need offline OCR support so i am not able to go for cloud OCR. Please suggest better option. Thanks in advance.
Another possible solution for you could be using our offline OCR SDK - ABBYY Mobile OCR Engine, which offers on-device processing. If you would like to try it, please contact your region sales manager or simply fill one of the following form at our site.
Regarding recognition quality, for any products it is important that quality of the input documents is appropriate for OCR. The recognition results are directly related to image quality. So please refer to the Best Practices section which provides our common recommendations how to scan and photograph documents to achieve the best recognition.
