I have been facing following issue for few days while reading a particular receipt

Internal program error:

.\Src\LayoutGrid.cpp, 650

 

I already have seen that there are also errors like this with other codes but couldn't fine the above one

Could someone please help to let me know why this error comes and how to resolve it

    Are you using the latest build of FineReader Engine 11? The latest one is 11.1.19.59.

    In case you using this version please sent as a letter on SDK_support@abbyy.com with the following additional information:

    • The serial number of your copy of the product
    • Image sample using which the issue can be reproduced
    • Can this issue be reproduced on our standard sample Hello? In case not, please provide us with simple sample using which the error can be reproduced.
