BCR - get no detail in addressinfo

I am using Cloud CCR SDK for business card reading.

I send my request with this url:

http://cloud.ocrsdk.com/processBusinessCard?language=german&exportFormat=xml&xml:writeFieldComponents=true

I get detail info for Phone, PhoneBody, PhoneCountrycode etc. but no detail information for the address fields for city. I get only ZipCode and StreetAddress. And StreetAddress is Street and City in one ( 1) field. What is wrong
