Hi,
As far as I understand you want a desktop tool that would let you to recognize your documents. In this case please check FineReader 14.
If you need a software development kit that would process your images not on server, but on your machines please check FineReader Engine.

We are trying to access ABBYY OCR tool with UiPath and ABBYY products that are compatible with UiPath are ABBYY Fine reader engine 11 and ABBYY cloud OCR. Since we have tried free trial version of ABBYY cloud OCR SDK, we are happy with the result and wanted to go for licensed version. But, it would be better if it has an offline version for us to proceed further. Appreciate your help in this.
