processImage Internal server error with large PDF Answered

Hi,

I'm making the following processImage request:

https://cloud.ocrsdk.com/processImage?language=English&profile=documentConversion&textType=normal&imageSource=auto&correctSkew=true&readBarcodes=false&xml:writeFormatting=true&exportformat=pdfSearchable,txtUnstructured,xml

Everything works fine for most PDFs but I found that with one large PDF I get the following error:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><error><message language="english">Internal Server Error</message></error>

The file a 46 MB PDF:

http://files.full-hyperion.nl/dnd/DnD%20v3.5%20-%20Monster%20Manual.pdf

Can someone tell me what is going wrong here?

    Can you give me an estimation, when the processRemoteImage service will be production ready?

    After consulting with our analysts, to make the processRemoteImage method public is not in the short term roadmap.
