There are no licenses on 127.0.0.1

We have received the serial number and project key. Installed the finereader 12 SDK with these two information on cloud. When running a sample Hello program it says: 

"Initializing Engine...

There are no licenses on 127.0.0.1"

SamplesConfig.H has both the information of serial key and license number along with the mylicnese.txt path. also tried re-activation using cloud IP ..but again same error that no license on X.X.X.X where X.X.X.X is our cloud IP.

    To let us investigate your issue, please provide the following information to SDK_Support@abbyy.com:

    1) The serial number of your ABBYY FineReader Engine 12 license.
    2) The build number (to determine the build number, see the page footer in Developer's Help or Properties in the FREngine.dll local menu)
    3) The description of installation and activation processes in more details.
    4) More information about your OS. Please attach the AInfo report if it’s possible. Please check this article to know how to create an AInfo report
