Dear Abbyy Support-Team,
this year, on the 12th of feburary, after being really satisfied with the free trial of the Abbyy service, i bought an Volume Pack L (5000 pages) for Application Market trial. Sadly, the pages i purchased were never usable and expired unused on the 14th of may. The first free trial pages worked perfectly fine for me but i never quite got the new bought ones to work. I know that i am a bit late on that topic but due to a really busy work schedule i was never able to look further into this problem or contact the support.
Not to mention that im a bit disappointed that I spent 200$ on a service i wasn't able to use once. I was totally satisfied with the service when it was working and would love to use abbyy again in the future.
I kindly ask to restore my Pages. You will save yourself a loyal customer!

You should have contacted ABBYY technical support team earlier. We understand the situation and we have reinstated your Volume Pack L for next 90 days. If you cannot use the pages till a new expiration date (November 9, 2018), you should purchase any page package (including the cheapest package for $9.99) in order to extend their validity period for 90 days more.
Please see the detailed information about the expiration terms here: Billing Terms. We are sorry, but we cannot provide our customers with the pack of pages unlimited by time. We provide an online service, and that means we have some monthly maintenance and processing power rent costs from Microsoft (due to the fact that the Cloud OCR SDK service is hosted on Microsoft Windows Azure). Actually, our current pricing model is so that the more you recognize in the time period, the less you pay for the page. Price does not depend on the size of an advance payment, but depends on the rate of use. This raises the time limit.
