Hi Shiva,
The Developer's Help file is shipped with the FineReader Engine distributive and usually located under the C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\SDK\12\FineReader Engine\Help directory. It is also available via the Windows Start Menu: Start → ABBYY FineReader Engine 12 → Developer's Help.
