Hi there, I am using RTR Sdk for my client android app. Recently he reported that 60% of users getting the following crash:

java.lang.RuntimeException: getParameters failed (empty parameters)
       at android.hardware.Camera.native_getParameters(Camera.java) 

As can you see this crash happens when calling camera.getParameters(), this can not be reproduced at out end but it happens on our clients. I have used the code from samples that was with RTR SDK.

Is there any way you can help me here? I understand that this doesn't relate to SDK, but I think you can help then you can update your samples that you ship with SDK, your sample app code will not crash.
