We've been using your Cloud OCR SDK without issue, having processed about 1000 PDF image files. Today, we've identified two documents that are experiencing issues:
1. Getting internal error returned in xml response after 30 minutes of attempted processing on one PDF to docx conversion
2. Another document is converted from PDF to a docx, but the resulting stream cannot be opened by Word when saved to file.
How do we troubleshoot these two documents?

Such an issue is caused by your image specifics. Probably your input files were invalid.
