Hi

I had recently purchased the 1000 pages package and its about to run out soon. I have 68 pages left and on trying to process a 90 page document it gave an exception thereby not allowing me to process my document.

I was under the impression that on exhausting my page limit, i would be charged a specific amount per page.

Why is there an exception occurring when i try to process a 90 page document? Should'nt it just charge the balance to my card?
