Export from BCR iOS and Android to Salesforce CRM.

On Android

  • Firstly go to BCR Settings to Salesforce menu and enter your Salesforce login and password.
  • After successful login, you’ll see the list of BCR fields that can be exported to Salesforce. If something’s missing, you can add them by tapping +. You can then edit them in the same menu.
  • In the same menu, you can adjust saving settings. You can choose where to save all new biz cards, for example, “Salesforce”. If you don’t want to export all contacts to Salesforce, you can choose the option “Always ask” or export business cards to Salesforce from Cardholder manually.
  • Let’s proceed to scanning: scan a biz card and check if all fields are filled in correctly.
  • Save a business card and choose an option with Salesforce export.
  • You can now edit or delete fields. Also, you can add new ones by pushing +.
  • Tap Export. Success! The new contact is now exported to Salesforces and saved to your phone.
  • You’ll see a blue cloud near exported biz card.

On iPhone

Business Card Reader is especially popular among sales managers. For them it’s not enough to scan a biz card and save it to smartphone contacts. For this kind of users, it’s essential to make their new contact work immediately and become a potential client. That is why the integration with the most popular CRM Salesforce is a must-have.

  • Firstly go to BCR Settings to Salesforce menu and enter your Salesforce login and password.
  • After successful login, you’ll see the list of BCR fields that can be exported to Salesforce. If something’s missing, you can add them by tapping Add fields. You can then edit them in the same menu.
  • Let’s proceed to scanning: scan a biz card and check if all fields are filled in correctly.
  • If necessary, you can add fields by tapping Add Salesforce fields.
  • Tap the check icon in the upper right corner to save a business card. Choose an option with Salesforce export.
  • You’ll a message that a contact has been successfully exported to Salesforce.

To export contact from Cardholder:

  • Tap a business card that you want to send to Salesforce
  • Tap Share in the left corner
  • Choose Export to Salesforce Lead
  • A blue cloud will appear near exported contact.
