When are you getting this error and how are you creating your DocDef
Hi support team,
i also facing this problem,
"_Metadata was not found." in web processing monitor, and stage of batch is Exception.
the reason could be i delete a folder in the file share storage disk. but the folder i was deleted is the folder of other id,
ex: the folder that i was deleted is: 1000
the batch id occur exception is: 1001
